Welcome to your CoachRx April digest! From real-time presence indicators to richer training load data, this month's updates are all about deeper connection, smarter communication, and a smoother experience for coaches and clients alike. Here's what's new:

Platform Updates: What's New

This month brings online status visibility, Google login support, a redesigned onboarding experience, new RPE and training load tools, and a significant expansion of messaging capabilities across the platform:

• Online Status Indicators: See at a glance when your clients are active. Coaches can now see which clients are currently online on both web and mobile, so you can reach out at exactly the right moment. Clients get the same visibility into your status, a small detail that builds real trust and connection between coach and client.

• Login with Google: You can now sign up and log in to CoachRx with your Google account. Existing users can link their Google account in Settings to enable this option going forward.

• Coach Onboarding Improvements: New coaches get a faster, cleaner path from sign-up to their first client program. The "Add Client" modal has been streamlined during free trial to reduce friction on day one, and a new client preview inside the workout builder lets coaches see exactly what a session looks like on their client's phone before it goes out, no guesswork, no surprises.

• RPE & Training Load: Coaching decisions are only as good as the data behind them. New training load metrics give coaches a clearer picture of how hard clients are working over time, and a redesigned workout completion screen gives clients a cleaner post-session experience — including the RPE prompt, so that data actually gets captured.

• Messaging & Communication: A full slate of improvements to keep your communication sharp. Coaches can now mark messages as unread on mobile so nothing falls through the cracks. Scheduled messages now support photo and file attachments. Clients can view multiple attachments in a single message on mobile. The docked chat window now shows an unread indicator so new messages are never missed. And adding images or files to comments is now smoother and consistent with the rest of the messaging experience.

• Client Management: Export your full client list as a CSV directly from the platform, useful for reporting, audits, or just keeping your own records. Coaches and business suite admins can also now search clients by email address, not just name. And for coaches with large rosters, the Team section now loads significantly faster.

• Program Design: Coaches can now link individual workout items to fitness metrics (FMEs) directly on the program calendar, creating tighter connections between training and assessment. Single-item Daily Rx entries now auto-expand so clients don't have to tap to see their one task for the day. And deleting a weekly check-in question now cleanly removes all associated historical answers, keeping your data tidy.

• Integrations & Partners: FullScript is now listed on the Partners page (formerly Integrations) for easy discovery. Migrations from TrueCoach and Active Life are now faster with less manual work required.
