This month, CoachRx gets easier to make your own. July brought custom theming across your emails and the mobile app, a smoother path for coaches moving over from another platform, and a long list of refinements across how you assess, consult, and design. Here is what shipped, organized the way you coach.

What Shipped in July

Assess

• Metric ordering respected: The client app now follows your custom metric group and metric ordering, so what clients see matches the way you organized it.

• More accurate wearable weight: Body weight now syncs reliably and uses the daily-average reading from wearables, giving you a truer number to coach from.

Consult

• GIFs are back: After the previous provider shut down, we moved to a new one, so GIFs are working in your messaging again.

• Newest messages first: New-message email notifications now lead with the most recent messages.

• Readable, printable Daily Rx emails: Daily Rx email content is now easier to read and print.

• Message sync fix: Client chat messages no longer appear out of order on web.

Design

• Week visibility on long programs: You always know which week you are working in when building long programs.

• Hide Results toggle: Collapse client results out of the way while you design.

• Undo deletion in day mode: Deleted a workout by accident? You can bring it back.

• Day-notes where you need them: Client day-notes now show on the dashboard feed and in workout modals.

• Calendar focus follows your work: Saving a workout highlights its day, including keyboard-shortcut saves.

Operate

• Tablet-friendly layouts: The Clients list, Lifestyle list, and Activation and Tasks panels now work well at tablet sizes.

• Billing fixes: Correct proration on the final invoice of fixed-length subscriptions, accurate trial end dates, restored receipt and billing emails, fixed tax-rate errors, clearer errors in the cancellation flow, and a direct link to the update-card modal.

• Clean client transfers: No more duplicate metrics when a client moves to a different organization.

• Bug fixes and performance: Dozens of bug fixes and performance improvements across the platform.

Client Experience

• Every email now carries your brand: All client- and coach-facing emails, including client invitations, use the new template and respect your custom theme.

• Theming in onboarding: New coaches are prompted to brand their client experience right from the activation panel.

• Polished branded mobile experience: A smooth splash transition, themed lifestyle and wearable screens, and a batch of visual fixes throughout the client app.

• Better custom quotes: Improved default loading quotes, a collapsed quotes list with Show more, and tighter validation when you save your own.

• Custom exercise video migration: Your custom exercise videos now come with you when you migrate with transition assistance.

• Improved import: Better data transfer when migrating to CoachRx.

• Multi-coach organization support: Smoother transitions for organizations with multiple coaches.
