Last month Group Chat was in beta. This month it is live in every account, and it went further than the beta: a group can now be linked to a program, so the people you put on a program land in its conversation without you adding them one by one. Around it, the client calendar got a lot faster, demo videos started linking themselves, and every wearable number now tells you which device it came from. Everything below is live today.

What Shipped in October

Live in your account now. Grouped by the CoachRx feature pillars: Assess, Consult, Design, Client Experience.

Assess

• Every wearable number says where it came from: Trends, detail views, the activity feed, workout and calendar views, the client app dashboard, exports, notifications, and Assistant outputs now label which device and provider each metric came from. When a client's sleep score and step count disagree, you can see whether they came from the same source before you read anything into it.

• Device attribution in lifestyle exports: Exported lifestyle data carries the same source labels, so the file you hand to a client or a physician holds up on its own.

Consult

• Group Chat, live for everyone: Create a group from Messages, add clients by name or tag, add coaches from your organization, and run the whole conversation in one thread beside your 1:1 chats. Announcement mode when an update should not turn into a reply storm. Pins, replies, and scheduled messages to the whole group. Click any member's name to open their calendar.

• Groups linked to programs: Link a group chat to a program and every client who gets that program joins the chat on their own, whether you assigned it, they bought it through your storefront or a sales page, or ReX assigned it. The Assign Program window starts on the program's default chat, and you can pick another chat or none for that one assignment.

Design

• Demo videos that link themselves: Smart Demo Linking reads the warm-ups, cool-downs, and conditioning you write and links the matching demo videos from your exercise library. Link a video once and CoachRx remembers it. The next time you type that exercise, the video is already there.

• A much faster client calendar: The client calendar opens much faster, workouts open instantly, and demo video previews load quicker inside the form. The card you are working in is highlighted, and the rest day form now matches the workout form's styling.

Client Experience

• A Messages tab with everything in it: Clients see their 1:1 chat with you plus every group they belong to, with unread dots, inside the app they already use. They can read, reply, react, view pins and media, and leave a group.

• Google Health replaces Fitbit on Android: Android clients can now connect Google Health, which takes Fitbit's place in Manage Connections. Existing Fitbit clients get a push asking them to reconnect through Google Health, so there is nothing for you to chase.

• Samsung Health connects natively: Samsung Health now uses its own direct connection.
