HOW DAKOTA ZOOK INCREASED HIS CLIENT ROSTER 100% WITH COACHRX

HOW HAS YOUR COACHING SERVICE EVOLVED SINCE SWITCHING TO COACHRX?

Previously I was trying my best to follow coaching principles laid out in CCP with assessments, consultations, and program design. But that was all happening in different spaces. Consult notes and forms lived in Google forms, assessments had to be worked into (and not as a part of) the previous training platform I was using for a long time (TrueCoach). Everything just sort of lived in separate spaces. 

This had me trying hard to make these great systems work for my coaching practice and it was just too much for clients and for myself. 

CoachRx has allowed these systems to truly flourish in my coaching. Assessment is built into the platform, clients can schedule their monthly consultations right in their app, their weekly check-ins show up for them on the designated time. 

I was previously making a check-in on its own day of the week on TrueCoach which was just a creative idea to make a square peg fit into a round hole. 

The biggest evolution to my coaching services has been integrating the systems I have been educated into a seamless delivery and client experience. 


HOW HAS COACHRX IMPACTED YOUR BUSINESS, OPERATIONS, AND EXPENSES?

Similarly to the above I was paying for a TrueCoach monthly fee, a weebly website monthly fee, managing a constant addition of Google forms, and paying for a nutrition coaching platform. The positive impact on the expenses of managing all these separate systems has elevated my operations and therefore my business practices. 


WHAT ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR CLIENTS?

CoachRx is a significantly better client experience. It's a lot to ask (and feels incredibly unprofessional) for a coach to have clients filling out and tracking information across multiple platforms. If it feels like a bad system as a coach, it is certainly a bad system for your clients. 

The client and coach experience can often be mirror images to one another in my experience as a coach. If I'm feeling pretty frustrated with a client, there is a good chance that client is frustrated with me, which means I need to look at myself and not the client. In the same way, if I'm struggling to manage all these systems and structures that are meant to help my clients experience and it is burying me, the client experience is likely the same. 

CoachRx has brought systems into alignment that have led to an elevated client experience.


HOW HAS COACHRX IMPACTED YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS?

The Dashboard is one of my favorite places to spend my time in CoachRx. I can follow a flow of client results, questions, needs, and wins. Having a designated place to engage with client results and questions is phenomenal. But again, tracking notes from consults, detailed periodization plans, and all the metrics I'm looking for with a client are all easily accessible. These features have helped bring my touchpoints to 100% on a month to month basis.


HAVE YOU SEEN CHANGES IN YOUR PROGRAM DESIGN EFFICIENCY AND EXPERIENCE?

The periodization planner inside of CoachRx is worth the cost of CoachRx alone. If this were the only feature inside of program design it would be a worthwhile platform for any coach engaging in designing effective programs for their clients. Obviously CoachRx brings a significant amount of resources to a coach for efficient program design. But having a periodization planner as detailed as it is with a weekly skeleton plan for each client makes program design efficiency a step above any platform I have used. 


HOW DOES COACHRX COMPARE TO OTHER FITNESS SOFTWARE YOU HAVE USED?

There really isn't a comparison. With previous platforms I was never able to make the tools I wanted to use for clients work. The combination of the business suite, exercise library, lifestyle and nutrition rx, and client tools means I am spending less time managing a system and more time connecting with and coaching my clients. My efficiency as a coach has been significantly impacted in the best way possible.


WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE COACHRX FEATURES?

I mentioned this above but the two that I love the most are the Dashboard and the Planning and Periodization inside the client profile. The dashboard provides this daily client and coach connection space to engage on results, wins, and questions clients have. This space gives me the time to pause with each remote client and assess ways I can help them continue to accomplish their goals. The planning and periodization tool can completely change a coach's efficiency in program design. 


WHAT KEY BUSINESS METRICS HAVE YOU ACHIEVED USING COACHRX?

I have been able to increase my client roster by 100% because of the time and efficiency within CoachRx. When I was tracking multiple platforms for nutrition, check-ins, and program design I did not have time to add more clients to that broken system. The 100+% increase in client acquisition is also connected to the client experience with CoachRx now.
